Mechanical Heart is an evolved version of The Activator, which was originally paired with the first Time Machine. This work emits the sound of a heartbeat recorded with a custom-built stethoscope, pulsating in response to the presence of nearby viewers. Light converges at the tip of a crystal pyramidion, shifting its patterns in real time according to sensor data.
